This museum is dedicated to Auguste Escoffier « King of Chefs and Chef to Kings», the creator of, amongst other dishes, the famous Peach Melba. Installed in the house he was born in, it comprises eight exhibition rooms that show the universe of the most illustrious of French chefs : souvenirs, objects and utensils from his time, a rich supply of documents, a collection of menus, temporary exhibitions…

The museum was entirely renovated in 2004.
